Sermons

Seekers recognizes that any member of the community may be called upon by God to give us the Word, and thus we have an open pulpit with a different preacher each week. Sermons preached at Seekers, as well as sermons preached by Seekers at other churches or events, are posted here, beginning with the most recent.

Well, with five sisters in my family, it was the first time anyone had singled me out as special.

September 01, 1996

When we were settled with coffee and juice in the outdoor patio that was our dining room, Dr. Vicky Guzman apologized for being late. “I didn’t sleep much last night,” she said, “because at midnight, I got a phone call — a death threat. Anonymous, of course.”
