Companioning In Illness, Companioning In Dying

What are some common sense things to know as we walk alongside a friend or loved one who is ill and in the hospital?   Likewise, what are some good things to be aware of if their illness happens to move into the end of life phase?   This two installment mini-class will offer practical advice as well as a broader philosophical and spiritual grounding for accompanying others. The first class will focus more on hospital visitation and the second class more specifically on companioning the dying. 

All participants are invited to come at 7 pm with a brown bag meal to eat together before the class.  Classes start at 7:45 pm.
