2021 Report on Building Use/Needs (see attachment)

Peter announced that N.E. Electric will replace and update the Seeker’s front street lighting this month.
Peter and others thanked Dave for his successful work heading up Martha’s Mob this past year.
2021 End of Year Financial Report (see attachment)
Keith reported FOG (for Marjory) the good news that we received a surplus of funds this year. After lively discussion, it was decided that we’ll finalize their distribution at the March meeting. We tentatively voted to reinstate the Domestic & International Funds, see below. Suggestions this month will be welcomed by him or Marjory. Dave suggested a discussion within the next two weeks.
Ideas suggested were:
Add to the Holy Spirit Fund
Add an additional $2,000 each to the two external (Domestic & International) giving funds.
SLT request of Stewards
Brenda asked to form an SLT Call Team in anticipation of her retiring in June and Trish’s need to prioritize Pat’s illness needs these next months. The group would consist of 2 or 3 Stewards and 2 members of the wider community.
Margreta reported that SLWG is almost ready to finalize their report which will be suggestions, not mandates. Elizabeth will edit the report to be released next month. Trish anticipates a community-wide meeting at church on an upcoming Sunday.
(Since the meeting concluded, an SLT Call Team has formed consisting of:
Joan, Peter, Deborah, Anita Jackson and Amy Moffitt.)
Two Stewards sharing: Joan Dodge and Brenda Seat
Soul talk concluded our meeting.
