1) Community Review: Staying Connected with People Not in Mission Groups: Trish
- Is2c: Trish – Roy, the Montoyas and the Holmes have been invited to their meetings every other week and Lucy has approached Is2C about joining.
- CC: Deborah –Brenda has stayed in touch with the Dongos; Ken with Jake, Amy has helped CC host worship on zoom, sing in worship and lead the prayer group;
- Earth & Spirit: Keith – Judy has been the primary link with Richard Y, Donna is in the Sunday Sharing Group, Kurt is more involved & his wife Millie has claimed her Catholic connection;
- L&T: John – John is helping Julie Wan with her project, Vita Poetica and William is present on Sundays with their 2 children;
- LW: Cynthia – Nancy L. has been our primary link with Jackie Mbabazi while she moved and has gotten settled near friends in Stafford;
- MSG: Michele – Kenny Shaw died this year; Rebecca is busy and very connected around Zanna’s participation on Sunday morning; Larry maintains connection with Michael Woldoff;
- OMG: Keith – the Ramseys do not need special connection and Anita is exploring with OMG;
- T&S: Deborah – Paul Crumrine is not interested and Bill Drehman is exploring with T&S;

- Senior Pioneers: Brenda – they stay connected with each other (June Gable, Mary Carol, Linda and Fern);
- Others: Brenda – Sheri Bergen has connected with E&S through hikes; Mary Mehala via classes (is teaching Parables now); Erin Bush is often in worship; Diantha, Gina and Ed Cooke come to zoom worship regularly.
2) Reopening Plans: Deborah (for Time & Space)
- Katie and Keith are working on a covid addendum to user contracts in order to follow CDC guidelines and Washington DC protocols. Users will be responsible for safety precautions and for cleaning all space used (including bathrooms). When that is ready, it will be shared with Stewards and posted in the building.
Further information in May Re-opening Report:
- On June 30, the charter school will vacate our building. That will be followed by a “deep cleaning.”
- T&S will be purchasing space-appropriate air purifiers for each room in the building.
- By mid-July, the building should be available for mission group meetings (using the same protocols for safety and clean-up).
- In August, Busy Graham has contracted for a 2-week art camp. After the camp, the building will be open for yoga and the early morning Zen group.
- Alanon has indicated their interest in returning to the street-level office space.
Stewards affirmed the work being done by Time & Space.
