Living with Alzheimer’s—Led by David Hilfiker

David Hilfiker is member of Eighth Day Faith Community, founder of Joseph’s House, a home and community for homeless men with AIDS, and author of Not All of Us Are Saints: A Doctor’s Journey with the Poor. 

David describes this session as follows:

After several years of symptoms, I was diagnosed last year with “Mild Cognitive Impairment” (MCI), probably Alzheimer’s. Subjectively, the impairment has progressed although recent tests cast doubt on the diagnosis. This will be an opportunity to share with you about the course of my impairment and for a wider discussion on MCI, Alzheimer’s, and other dementias.
