Worship was offered by Deborah in the absence of notes from last month.


Signing Checks: Deborah was approved as an official signatory for Seekers checks.

2011 Year-end Surplus (Marjory)

Current policy is to use all year-end surplus funds toward paying off the building debt of id=”mce_marker”50,000 which is due in January to close Kate Cudlipp’s estate.


Decision: to use it that way and consider a food-bank contribution later in 2012.


Christmas offering (Brenda)

Envelopes will be in the bulletin the next three Sundays and on Christmas Eve. Money will be divided as follows:

25% for person 1 for travel or family relocation

25% for person 2 toward a new apartment

30% for person 3’s family thru Judy L and Sharon L

20% for person 4 thru Mary Carol


CHRISTMAS PARTY (Cynthia)…. began with appreciation for the decorating by Koinonia and Cynthia, a Christmas-memory story by each Steward, then “guess who that baby picture is,” contest, singing Happy Birthday to Jesus and a lovely dinner supplied by all.
